Staff requested Rule Change Effective May 12, 2014:
This rule change is in response to an October 2013 Thurston County Superior Court decision, where the court directed the Commission to allow a specific electronic video pull-tab dispenser, which permits the purchase of a pull-tab at the dispenser and allows pull-tab winnings of $20 or less to be added onto a cash card at the dispenser.
