Regulation Restrictions:

.010  Cannot regulate fishing derbies
.293 Cannot regulate fishing derbies
.310 Cannot issue licenses for unauthorized gambling devices (slot machines)

Must allow certain activities without a license:

.0315 Members-only raffles
.0321 Limited bingo/raffles/am.games
.0335 Sports pools
.0341 Golfing sweepstakes
.0345 Bowling sweepstakes
.0351 Social card/dice games for NP
.0361 Turkey shoots
.050 Three affirmative votes for lic. actions
.070(1)(2) - Cannot limit # of licenses
- Cannot discriminate
.070(1)(2)(3)(4)(17) License duration cannot exceed 1 year
.140 Must follow APA

 Personal Restrictions:

.040  Serve one full six-year term
.050 Compensation and expenses restricted by RCW 43.03.250, 43.03.040, and 43.03.060
.085 Prohibited from:
- Officer or manager of organization that conducts any gambling activity
- Receiving profit from regulated gambling activities
- Having any interest in gambling-related contracts

Management Restrictions:

.060 - A.G. shall be general counsel
- State Auditor shall audit books, records, & affairs annually
