Targets Card Room Operators and Card Room Employees and is published twice a year.
Is mailed to card room operators who are asked to make it available to their card room employees.
Contains answers to frequently asked questions, rule interpretations, and policy decisions that affect card room employees. It also keeps card room employee informed of hot topics, proposed and adopted rule changes that affect them, and administrative actions against card room employees.
