This service allows employers for eligible licensed card room employees to submit their employee transfer/add applications online.

You are eligible to transfer/add an employee online:

• If transferring from a licensed card room (68) to a licensed card room (68)
• Adding another licensed card room (68)

You are not eligible to transfer/add an employee online:

• If the employee does not have an active card room employee license
• If the employee is within 14 days of expiration date

Employers can view and reprint applications for a license that will expire within the next forty five days. E-mail address and assigned password needed.

This service allows employers to notify the Washington State Gambling Commission when a certified Tribal employee/ licensed card room employee leaves employment.
