RCW 9.46 - Authority
 

.010 Keep the criminal element out of gambling and promote the social welfare of the people by limiting the nature and scope of gambling activities and by strict regulation and control.
.0201 Establish amusement games locations
.0205 Approve persons to be involved in management or operation of more than one bingo game
